My husband and I recently bought a home in downtown Jefferson with the assistance of Simply Sold Realty, closing in September 2026. We had a very positive experience with April and Cam, who were recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law who had bought a new home in the Jefferson area in 2025 with April and Cam’s help. We wish we had more home-seeking family to steer their way! April and Cam were incredibly upbeat and patient with our year long search, always making themselves available, sometimes on short notice, to view a property. They provided very useful area knowledge, insights ranging from changing traffic patterns to watch, neighborhood dynamics, lawn care to the best places to find unique and reasonable furnishings. They answered all of our questions quickly, sought out additional information when needed and, we are convinced, were the reason our bid won out over three others placed the same day on the ‘home that was meant for us!’ The entire process, although lengthy due to our own indecision during the search stage, moved quite quickly once my husband and I had agreed we had indeed found the right house. April and Cam were engaging throughout and went beyond the expected in making our home buying experience pleasant and surprisingly easy. 5 star performance *****!!
